We are a community of practice, including facilitative leaders, conversational hosts, networkers, consultants, and “process people”. What we have in common, is using participatory practices and/or conversational leadership to help people take effective action in response to climate change. Our purpose: is to foster shared learning, and to support networking and collaboration among all of us engaged in this work. Linda is the originating founder of this organization and co-hosts monthly teleconference calls.
