The mission of the Institute of Cultural Affairs (USA) is to build a just and equitable society in harmony with Planet Earth through empowering cultural dimensions of the social process.

ICA programs strengthen the capacities of organizations, communities, and individuals to build and implement innovative plans of action that draw upon assets and social capital in a collaborative manner. Linda has taken all the basic TOP workshops along with their virtual facilitation course and is currently enrolled in their year-long Masters of TOP (MTOP) program which further assists participants mastery of TOP methods. She is also active on the guide team for ICA’s recently established Climate Action Network and will be contributing pro-bono time to an action planning project for Architecture 2030 – Tucson in early November, 2016.
